A young man who accused the puppeteer for Elmo on Sesame Street of an inappropriate underage relationship now says it was an “adult consensual relationship“.
A spokesman for Bert and Ernie said it was a shame how people jump to conclusions, but that the duo would not have an official comment until they return from their knitting retreat.
